Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
Prepare the Vehicle
Ensure the e-scooter or e-bike is clean, deactivated, and securely packed in its original box with all chargers, manuals, and tools included.
Ship to RCB
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized courier location; we recommend retaining your tracking receipt for verification.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the vehicle's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
